If you are a consumer shopping from the European Union or another jurisdiction that grants a statutory right of withdrawal, this policy explains how it applies to orders placed with {{ shop_name }}.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, starting from the day you (or a third party you named) receive the goods. If your order contains multiple items delivered separately, the 14-day period runs from the day you receive the last item.

How to exercise this right

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at {{ email }} with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw (for example, by email), including your order number. You can also use the model text below:

"I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the purchase of the following goods: [order number / item description], ordered on [date] and received on [date]."

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it's enough to send your notice before the 14-day period expires.

Returning the goods

After withdrawing, please return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you notified us. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition — see our Refund Policy for full details on condition and return shipping costs.

Refunds after withdrawal

We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any extra cost from choosing a non-standard delivery method), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods or evidence that you've sent them back, whichever is earlier. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications, personalized items, or preorder items where production has already started at the time of your withdrawal request — this will be noted on the relevant product page.

Cancelling an order before it ships

If you'd like to cancel an order that hasn't shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible at {{ email }}. We'll do our best to cancel it before fulfillment begins, though we can't guarantee cancellation once an order has entered production or shipping.
